Sketchnote time: Quick Tip #65

Only a few days ago the next Quick Tip from the IIBA arrived in the mailbox. Of course, this was a new trigger for me to gain some more experiences with Sketchnotes!

This quick tip dealt with some interesting ideas regarding improving your techniques regarding Business Analysis. The very famous personas technique was not new to me, collaborative game, too.
